Hilton Madinah is a five star Hilton in one of the world's most sacred cities, Madinah Saudia Arabia. A full service hotel with 350 rooms, the design seeks to make an exclusive retreat for the religious traveller and urban traveller alike. Inspired by the important role the lunar calendar plays in the country and wider region the colour palette conceptually alludes to the distinct blue and rose hues of dusk playing over the Hejaz mountains, while the rounded forms and use of brass and mirror reinterpret the reflections and ripples of moonlight brushing the desert.
